HOW TSS BENEFITS ITS USERS

If your vehicle breaks down or has a puncture, all you have to do is call our freephone emergency number and we will provide on a pay-on-use basis:

• Call out of an RAC Commercial Assistance agent (RACCA), or an RAC patrol (if your vehicle is under 3.5 tons gross vehicle weight), who will endeavour to repair your vehicle.
  
  AND...
  
  • If your vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, we will recover it and your load or articulated trailer (as applicable), to the nearest agreed repair facility, your next intended drop, your operating base, or another agreed secure location, whichever is the closest. If we do have to recover your vehicle and you are carrying livestock, the livestock will be recovered separately.

Our services are provided in the UK and mainland Europe on a pay-on-use basis.
